About the Role

The Team Leader is responsible for Service delivery of General Ledger processes & reporting. The other responsibilities of Team Leader are - Project Management, Managing teams, Training\Development\Performance appraisal of team members, Managing quality, System testing.
Hours of Work: Flexibility will be required to reflect the global nature of the business and need to support clients across multiple time zones.
Base location: India (Hosur).
Reports to: Senior Manager - IT.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle General Queries and Tickets.
• Perform Quality Check, investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure Services are delivered as per the SLA/Deadlines.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationship.
• Update the process documentation and delivery schedules to reflect the current processes.
• Manage IT Infra Team.
• Guide and Assist team in resolving issues on domain or systems.
• Conduct Internal Training Programs, Cross trainings, complete training for new joiners.
• Review performance of the team and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain efficiency level.
• Suggest Innovations & Automations and Participate in UAT.
• Email Management - Managing day to day Emails Internally/Externally.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience.

  • Experience in IT Infra and Maintenance process.

  • Team player.

  • Good communication skills and creative thinker.

  • Bachelors or Masters.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel.

  • Ability to work in tight deadlines.

  • Exposure to ERPs and Ticket Management software such as Manage Engine, Service Now.

  • Candidates who have worked in BPO/KPO, ITES, Accounting Industry would be added advantage.
