About the Role
• Liaison with Business stakeholders and the Internal HR team for successful implementation of initiatives.
• Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, etc.
• Conduct thorough analysis of employee data for informed decision-making.
• Ensure creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback

Requirements
Work Experience 2 to 4 Years. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in working on core HR programs and effectively managing various external and internal stakeholders for their implementation.

Bachelors or Masters ideally in Finance.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite especially Excel.
Strong skills in data management and analysis.
